--It makes use of nontoxic medical plastic instead of wood or bamboo to avoid the interference on the activity and modality of virus and bacteria caused by the toxin which may be contained in wood or bamboo and the rudimental formaldehyde during processing.

--It makes use of medical rayon fiber instead of traditional absorbent cotton. The rayon with single component can effectively avoid the interference on the virus PCR test caused by the fluorescence material contained in absorbent cotton.

--The adsorptive capacity of man-made fiber is very strong, which can adsorb enough specimen and is widely used in microbiological specimen collection.
